What's The Purpose???

The main purpose of the PAT is to make sure that service dogs can: behave appropriately in public, stay focused on their handler, and not pose any risk or disturbance to others. This is really important because service dogs are allowed in places where pets normally aren’t, so they need to meet a higher standard of behaviour.
